All interested international students who are studying in an Australian University are hereby advised to apply for a scholarship opportunity offered by Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) vacation scholarships for undergraduate students. 

Successful students will have the opportunity to work on a real project in science, engineering or a related field such as science communication.

Undergraduate Vacation Scholarships are run over the Australian summer holidays and offer high achieving and promising undergraduate students the opportunity to collaborate with leading CSIRO scientists in their world class facilities.

The Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) is the federal government agency for scientific research in Australia and is based in Canberra.

The candidate should have a very good command over the English language.

Course Level: Scholarships are open to undergraduate students who are currently enrolled at an Australian university.

Study Subject: Students will have the chance to work on a real project in science, engineering or a related field such as science communication.

Scholarship Award: Scholarships valued at $1462.77 per fortnight

Scholarship can be taken in Australia

Eligibility: To be eligible to apply you must be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident or an international student who has full work rights for the 8 to 12 weeks duration (does not require visa sponsorship).

Vacation scholarships are open to students who:

·                 are currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree at an Australian university;

·                 have completed three years of a full-time undergraduate course (exceptional second year students will also be considered); and

·                 have a strong academic record (credit average or higher).

Nationality: Australian and international students can apply for these scholarships.

College Admission Requirement

Entrance Requirement: Applicants must have completed at least three years of a full-time undergraduate course.

Test Requirement: No

English Language Requirement: The candidate should have a very good command over the English language.
