BUK Matriculation Ceremony Schedule for New Students Announced, 2019/2020
The Matriculation for new students in the current 2019/2020 academic session of Bayero University, Kano (BUK) comes up on Thursday, 5th March, 2020 at Convocation Arena at 2pm.
A statement signed by the Director, Directorate of Examinations, Admissions and Records (DEAR), Hajiya Amina Umar Abdullahi, on behalf of the Registrar, Fatima Binta Mohammed, said the newly admitted students are expected to be fully dressed in Academic Gown to be collected from the Directorate from Monday, 2nd March, 2020 upon payment of N1000 via remitta.
The statement stated that the payment receipt should be taken to the Bursary Department for verification before collecting the gown.
The statement further noted that Matriculation is compulsory to all the level 100 and 200 students as all lectures are expected to end at or before 1pm to enable them to attend.
